At Monte Gold, we prioritize your satisfaction. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a convenient return policy. Non-custom items can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery as indicated by courier notification for store credit. 

Return Instructions:

• Please ensure that the items are unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
• The original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or gifts with purchase, must be returned along with the items.
• All personalized, name, initial styles, and custom orders are final sale, including items with a single initial.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges will be deducted from the credited amount.
• It's important to carefully package your return to prevent damage during transit. Our team will conduct a thorough inspection of all returned items before acceptance. Damaged items will not be eligible for return.
• Failure to comply with the return instructions may result in the refusal of your return or incur a fee.
